Dear John:
We wanted to register a compliment on the Better Business Bureau website regarding A Plus Lawn and Landscape. This company is awesome! I have been in banking for over 10 years and I have worked at three different banks. Every winter I had to deal with "the people who are supposed to take care of our parking lot". I say it this way because that is all anyone ever knew about them. When it snowed, sometimes you might come in to work and there would be some snow pushed up in a pile in the middle of the lot, sometimes it was not. I have always had to go out and put any salt on the sidewalks and lot. Since I started working here, and dealing with A Plus Lawn and Landscape I have not even had to watch the weather report. This company goes above and beyond the call of duty. They send emails regarding the weather if any warnings are issued or if we are forecasted to just get a dusting. In these emails they let us know exactly what there plan of action will be. They call to follow up after the job is done to make sure that we don't need anything else and that we are satisfied. They are always courteous and professional. I would highly recommend their company to everyone
