Grub and Mole control services go hand in hand many times. Moles can be a sign of a Grub infestation. However, this is not always the case. A Mole lives on earthworms. Earthworms are beneficial to your turf as they are natural aerators. A Moles candy is grubs. So if you call us about a Mole problem, we will do a test to see if Grubs are present and if the numbers indicate an infestation. If indicated we will then treat for Grubs & Moles. We have found only one product that consistently works on Moles. This product is a worm bait. The bait has enough poison to kill one mole. It is completely safe if you have pets or children. If you have a Grub problem, the best time to treat is from mid May through June. Again, we test to see if you really have a problem or not first. Grubs & Moles can come back at any time so yearly tests are a smart choice if you have had problems in the past. Mole control is tough to price as the rodents live underground and you really never know how many you have. With that pricing is difficult. We can however, visit your property and give you an idea of how the process works and what it might take to eliminate the problem.
