As the customer this allows you to rest at ease that your needs will be met and that there will be no guesswork as to what services will be provided and when. Maintaining healthy turf is like growing a crop, it must be managed. Our maintenance program is very good, however it is only as good as our technicians who monitor your property. From year to year additional applications may be suggested. For example, excess weeds in a year following a drought year. If your technician makes this observation he will provide you with a proposal to address the problem along with an explanation. Our technicians are paid on salary and not by the stop this way they are afforded the time to properly assess your turfs needs and to discuss those needs with you. Pricing is based on square footage.
