Aeration is offered as a stand alone service or can be scheduled. Aeration is invaluable for those who want a healthy lawn. In our area, we are plagued with soil that has high clay content. The aeration process punches holes in the turf, loosening up the soil which will in turn allow moisture retention, fertilizer incorporation and better root growth. This service can be done at any time of the year and is optimal when coupled with fertilizer applications. For our scheduled customers we perform this service in line with our Granular Fertilizer applications. Pricing for this service is based on square footage along with terrain and obstacles.
