Landscape Design/Installer:
Position Description:
Landscape Design/Installer will be the applicant’s main focus. The
applicant will need to build and maintain our Landscape Design/Build
Division. This will include meeting with clients, estimates and bids,
computer work, design work, installation and much more. Applicant will
also need to be able to work with and manage a crew in the installation
process. Applicant also needs to be flexible as we move labor and
expertise as the needs of the business dictate. This position will
evolve into a Division Managers position. Applicant will need to be able
to work with a team of installers. Be able to work with the management
team to develop sales goals, marketing strategies, division budget,
pricing structure and contribute to the overall direction of the
company.
Qualifications:
- Will need good people skills for
customer interaction
- Computer skills: Excel, Accounting
software, Pro-Landscape
- 3 years of Experience in
Design/Build
- Photo Portfolio of work
- Degree in related field preferred
- List of References (4 professional
& 2 personal, no relatives)
- Managerial Experience
- Sales Experience
- Added Experience in Landscape
Management, Lawn Chemical, Snow Removal and or any other part of the
Green Industry is a plus.
Hours: Full Time
Salary and Benefits:
- pay range $30,000 - $40,000

Lawn & Landscape Maintenance Foreman:
Position Description:
Lawn & Landscape Maintenance will be the applicant’s main focus. The
applicant will manage a maintenance crew which will include 1 to 2
employees. Other position duties include but are not limited to meeting
with clients, estimates and bids, computer work, and property
maintenance. Applicant also needs to be flexible as we move labor and
expertise as the needs of the business dictate. Applicant will need to
be able to work with the management team as well as fellow foreman to
develop sales goals, marketing strategies, and contribute to the overall
direction of the company.
Qualifications:
- Will need good people skills for
customer interaction
- Computer skills: Excel & Email
- 1 year of Experience Lawn &
Landscape Maintenance
- List of References (4 professional
& 2 personal, no relatives)
- Managerial Experience preferred
- Sales Experience preferred
- Added Experience in Landscape
Design/Build, Lawn Chemical, Snow Removal and or any other part of
the Green Industry is a plus.

Lawn & Landscape Maintenance
Seasonal:
Position Description: The applicant will
work in a crew that may consist of a Foreman and another seasonal
employee. Position duties will include operation of weed trimmers, push
mowers, walk-behind mowers, zero turn mowers and other equipment used in
Lawn & Landscape Maintenance and much more. Applicant also needs to be
flexible as we move labor and expertise as the needs of the business
dictate. Lawn & Landscape Maintenance will be the applicant’s main
focus. Applicant will need to be able to take direction as it pertains
to A Plus Lawn & Landscapes quality standards. Applicant needs to have
desire to pay attention to detail and have pride in their work. Seasonal
employees will be evaluated for their ability, work ethic, integrity,
people skills and desire as it relates to future full time
opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Experience Lawn &
Landscape Maintenance preferred
- List of References (4 no relatives)
- Need to have experience with
industry equipment
- Added Experience in Landscape
Design/Build, Lawn Chemical, Snow Removal and or any other part of
the Green Industry is a plus.
- Valid Driver’s License
Hours: Part Time Seasonal
